Amjad Pervez has more than a decade of experience structuring and transacting real estate deals for a variety of property types in Manhattan, ranging from entry-level studio apartments to luxury condominiums and brownstones. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Amjad experienced a demanding and successful career on Wall Street, where he achieved top sales numbers and managed high-end clients. The market insight, negotiating expertise, and customer relationship skills he perfected on Wall Street transitioned seamlessly to real estate. Amjad began his brokerage career at Douglas Elliman, the largest residential real estate firm in New York. With his penchant for hard work and personable nature, Amjad quickly climbed the industry ladder, and in 2011 joined Nest Seekers in order to bring more personalized service to his clients. He has successfully sold properties that other agents could not, in large part due to his determination to build personal relationships with the people he represents.
