About Amber Tannehill

Amber Tannehill has been actively selling real estate since 2013. Prior to sales, she managed multi-family properties in Ventura and San Diego County since 1994. She relocated to San Diego from Ventura in 2007 and managed large apartment communities in Point Loma, UTC and Pacific Beach. She finally made the jump from management to sales in 2013 after her youngest child was born. She is very active in the community and is on the PTA for her daughter's school in Santee, a board member for the East County YMCA, actively involved in the East County Chamber of Commerce and an active board member and YPN past chair for the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors. She hosts our East County Caravan every Thursday morning and is a FT agent with a great network. She has sold homes all over the county but lives in Santee and works from our Mount Helix office.She has sold over $26 million in total sales in 2021She has LISTED and sold 103 homes in her career for over $56 millionShe has represented buyers in 99 transactions for just over $55 million
