About AMANDA FARD
An Atlanta native since 1996, I began working in the real estate industry in high school for America's Real Estate Academy. After working with AREA for over a year, I obtained a position with a small custom home builder (TIH Homes) managing the warranty and marketing department. I worked here while finishing my degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. I graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2006 and immediately got my GA license and became a full time agent. I love my job, and it shows in the customer service I provide for my clients and referrals! Nothing is more satisfying than calling a new homeowner the night of move-in to see "how it feels to own your own (or new) home?!" My Husband and I work as a team as he has 12 years experience in the mortgage industry. We live in Smyrna, GA and have 2 dogs; Jack(shiztu) and Mollie (sweetest pit bull you've ever met).
