Alicia Warburton is a New Jersey native who, after more than 20 years living and working in the New York City area, relocated to St. Pete where she has watched the tremendous growth and evolution of the area into a globally sought-after locale to live and work. ??Prior to earning her real estate license, Alicia worked as a retail buyer for luxury brands including DKNY and Prada. Her tenacious spirit, dedication to client service and tireless work ethic made her transition into professional real estate nearly four years ago a smooth one. Today, she works with buyers and sellers across the Bay area and specializes in the areas of Tierra Verde, Snell Isle, Allendale and St. Pete's historic Old Northeast neighborhood. ??Known for her relocation expertise, and with the experience of relocating to the area herself, Alicia offers her clients concierge-style service that leaves no detail overlooked.
