About Alessandra DeLaCruz

Referred to as the Apartment Shaman by her clients, real estate combines Alessandras entrepreneurial drive (she started her first business in grade school) with her devotion to taking genuine care of people. Alessandras experience straddles both the commercial and residential markets after starting her career in 2013, achieving Rookie of the Year status in her first office and selling over $150M over her career so far. She's lovingly guided countless clients as they walk through the door of their first home, forever home, or move on to their next chapter. With a background in fine arts, her creative sensibility provides her clients with invaluable outside-of-the-lines techniques in negotiations, navigating financing and renovation/layout advice. Every detail is accounted for when working with Alessandra, who encourages her clients to have some fun along the way during the emotional and stressful time of buying or selling real estate. Alessandra has called New York City home since 2004 and has intimate knowledge of the incredible neighborhoods and what they have to offer between Manhattan and Brooklyn. She calls Brooklyn home now with her rescue dog, is passionate about a vegan lifestyle, enjoys spending downtime at her home Upstate and is an active volunteer in her communities with a focus on serving the elderly, those without food and shelter, animal activism and social justice causes, including serving as board president of The East African Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children in Kenya and is on the leadership team of Women of Compass, furthering personal and professional successes of female identifying employees and agents of the company.
