About Alaine Uthus

I have lived in Big Bear for most of my life, going through all of my schooling years here in this beautiful valley. I have been married 38 years and have raised three children, and have 4 grandsons, and a new granddaughter. I am familiar and knowledgeable with the entire Bear Valley area. I started in insurance, and moved into real estate. I have been involved with many community activities throughout my residency here including Dawnbuster Rotary, Soroptimist's of Big Bear and I am currently serving on the Big Bear Board of Realtors as past president of 2018. I was on the Board at my church including their many committees. I've worked with Habitat for Humanity. I have hosted several foreign exchange students from time to time, worked with the children of Big Bear in many ways and support our local schools with on and off school activities. Staying current and up to date with continuing education is a must, and I passed my brokers license in 2017. Hiring someone that is familiar and confident in the knowledge of the area is what you should be looking for. My goal is to make sure you never feel you hired the wrong Realtor.
