About Adrienne Sherwood

Adrienne is a force to be reckoned with! She is passionate, kind, persistent, and professional. Adrienne was born in Florida but moved to Atlanta in 2000. She is well connected to the community in Atlanta as she started working with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in 2010 to help start an urban soccer league. Adrienne decided to take a new role in community development in 2017 when she decided to start Cultivate Real Estate. She believes that everyone was made to cultivate the earth in one way or another and that homeownership accentuates that! She bought her first home in 2014 and was forced to learn about landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and all things house related. Adrienne also has been able to see first hand how purchasing a home can be a great investment. She is passionate about helping people take the plunge through buying or selling. Adrienne specializes in intown neighborhoods, smyrna, mableton, down payment assistant programs, first-time home buyers, consulting for pre-listing home renovations to help sellers make top dollar, and more!
