About Adam Smith

Adam Smith was born and raised in a small-town Eastern Iowa, which helped to create his Mid-Western work ethic and personality. If you're familiar, this kind of upbringing often leads to people striving to achieve in both their personal and professional lives. Adam served his community and country by being a part of the United States Army's elite 75th Ranger Regiment. He served in 1st Ranger Battalion providing 4 years of service and deploying overseas numerous times. After college Adam's professional life has revolved around managing and selling businesses. Independent and corporate retail stores have been one of his focuses. During this time Adam started accruing rental homes, in 12 years he got up to 24 homes at one time, which he managed himself. These are some of the experiences that would later help direct Adam Smith into a career in Real Estate. Almost everyone who lives in the Mid-West seems to have dreams of moving to some place with more sun. The whole family was looking forward to their favorite water activities such as sailing, scuba diving, fishing, wake boarding and swimming. Over the last 25 years Adam and his family had been vacationing in SW Fl, slowly getting to know the area. In 2018 Adam purchased a gulf access home in Cape Coral and started his next adventure. Now his family time is spent on the boat or around the pool. The kids love the pool and it makes bed time so much easier.
