About Adam Atacan

Born in Istanbul, Turkey, Adam has migrated to US when he was a teenager. He has spent 20 years working in Philadelphia real estate representing over 250 clients in residential, multi-unit, and commercial transactions. He is also a founding member of the Atacan Group team and the KW Philadelphia market center. He has held a myriad of responsibilities growing and advancing the team and the brokerage. He's had a previous career in IT, and has a degree in Computer Science & Programming. Adam is very passionate about leading without a title, education and growing our associates, sales teams and our market center culture. He becomes the go-to troubleshooter in his circle and loves to coach/mentor his colleagues and empower his clients through tough competitive environment. He excels under pressure! Adam sees problems as opportunities to grow and strives to provide the very best in customer service, advocacy and representation. He has resided in several different neighborhoods in the Center City and currently enjoys residing in the Art Museum area.
