This special 5 acre parcel, zoned R1 without covenants, is awaiting your Montana dream home, just minutes from town and seemingly a world away in the treetops. Featured on SF GATE, HGTV, Discovery Channel and DIY Network, the property gifts you with unbelievable, unhindered views into the Flathead Valley, Glacier National Park and beyond. Although it was originally structured with off-the-grid living in mind, the property can be hooked into utilities for a breathtaking Big Sky retreat. It currently features a reclaimed materials 400+ sf cabin as well as a 30' Shelter Designs Yurt each with composting toilet, kitchen, and run completely on solar -- great options for guest houses or Airbnb income. Potential build sites near the yurt with, quite possibly, the best views on the acreage.

The manager has listed the unit size as 420 square feet.
