The Webber Road Off-Grid cabin site a 48+/- acre unimproved timber land parcel.  Located off of the Webber Road, this tract of land is part of a South of Fish Stream division of land that was created in 1996.  The timber tract has frontage on the Webber Road.  Having over 1276 feet of road frontage makes all of this property easily accessible.  The property has a heavy stocking of mixed wood.  This parcel is an excellent small timber tract for having an affordable piece of Maine as an investment diversification.  A recent walk through the parcel, found stands of spruce, fir, cedar, as well as many species of hardwood.  The property is accessed from the Webber Road, which is plowed to just before the property in the winter.  The parcel is only 500+/- feet from Fish Stream, which is a tributary to the Mattawamkeag River.  Fish Stream is navigable and is excellent for canoeing and fishing with a good population of native brook trout.  The forested area surrounding the property has only 3 nearby neighbors, two of which are seasonal camps and one, off-grid property being occupied year-round.  If you are looking for a possible off-grid homesite or cabin site, this property is worth a serious look.
