This 162-acre parcel along Cherry Creek Road is a unique blend of topography with an open valley surrounded by oak studded hillsides and neighboring ridges and a year-round spring and pond, creating an open yet private setting for a homesite.  Tucked into the property is a beautiful, shady oak grove where these mature oaks provide a peaceful canopy of cool, quiet spaces providing an inviting space to relax and explore.  This special corner of the property gives a natural character and tranquility to this parcel.  The microclimate, topography, recreational opportunities and privacy make this a wonderful property to develop a country home or family compound. County zoning states the possibility of building up to 3 single family dwellings accessory to the agricultural use of the property, and buyer should verify all zoning, permitting and development requirements with Monterey County.   The property is part of a much larger holding, and the adjoining 162-acre parcel is also available, expanding the privacy, varied terrain and utility of this beautiful ranch.  A 2017 3bd/2ba single-wide manufactured home can be included in the purchase as a convenient cabin, if of interest to the buyer.
