Here is a nice 650 acre farm south of Stover, Mo. This farm is set up for a cattle farm, fences are good shape. Tons of grass on it, even in the area on the aerial that shows woods, a lot of that is grass areas with trees mixed in. Some of the best hunting in Missouri, tons of scrapes, rubs, and you cant get on this farm without seeing deer or turkey. Also set up great for a poultry operation. Farm has 3 big poultry barns, 400x50, 200x50, and a 160x50. They are in good shape and cleaned out. There are several other machine buildings, a 45x45 and a 126x50. The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath over a unfinished basement. It has had some upgrades done to it here recently, painted, new windows, some new carpet, ceiling tile, and a new furnace. Will make a nice place to live. There is a old milk barn for storage, and a carport for getting your cars out of the weather. Highway frontage but pretty quiet living. Close  to Lake of the Ozarks. Tons of mature timber on this tract, hasn't been logged! This is a nice place! For more information contact Mike Stoner

The manager has listed the unit size as 1624 square feet.
