What a great all around recreation farm here! Located 10 minutes from Stover, Mo in Morgan county behind a locked gate. Very private setting and surrounded by other big farms. The deer and turkey hunting here will be awesome! Big Buffalo Creek runs through the property as well as other creeks and drainages. Great bottom fields for food plots or hayfields for some income. Good timber and trails through them as well. It has a 1000 sq ft cabin, 3 bedroom 1 bath and also a building with a walk in cooler to hang and process your deer. There is more land available up to 1100 acres total for a true sportsman's paradise. Close to Lake of the Ozarks for great fishing and water fun. Owner will consider financing with 50,000 down and carry it for 15-30 years at 5-6%.
