170+\/- Acre Cattle Ranch in Pettis County Missouri. This Turn-Key, Income producing cattle farm is packaged with multiple different paddocks for rotational grazing, 3 ponds, Instant waters, and a nice corral system. Located just South of Sedalia Missouri half a mile from 52 highway. This farm has wonderful build sites all over with its gently rolling hills, scattered mature timber, and a small creek. Also, built by the entrance is a 40x60 pole barn for equipment storage. A  large pipe fence corral lays in the center of the property and makes it very convenient to sort cattle. The soil is made up of silt loam with 1 to 5 percent slopes. A gravel road was installed years ago for easy access across the farm. The current owner has ran cattle on this farm for many years and has made it a very nice cattle ranch. This farm also is known for producing a great hunting spot. Deer and Turkey are seen on this property very regularly. It is very hard to find properties like this in Pettis County close to Green Ridge and Sedalia. This is one of the nicest farms I have ever listed and it is a must see to appreciate farm!
