Property was a residence for 60 years. Second level has 7 rooms, not all have closets. It served as a coffee/sandwich cafe for a few years. They changed the lst floor plan to accommodate a dining area, kitchen and cashier area. The 3rd level has potential for usage but has been used for storage  The entire house on all three levels have wood flooring except for kitchen and work areas have ceramic flooring.  Most of the building is paneled, very little sheetrock. The property sits close to road and is very visible from both directions.  It has been vacant since the coffee shop closed.  There is a communication tower on this property (8211 New Kent Highway.  The tower and its improvements belong to National Communications Tower LLC. When this tower is vacated, it will be removed along with all materials and the property will revert back to the owner of 8201 New Kent Highway.  This is a right of way and they own the improvements only.
