North Orlando Development Site (IND-2/IND-3) - The property consists of 7 ± acres located at 6401 All American Blvd. in unincorporated Orange County between Maitland and Orlando in two parcels.  It is currently zoned IND-2/IND-3, Industrial in unincorporated Orange County.  The roadway known as All American Blvd. will be re-aligned and straightened to connect W.
