Looking to have two homes on almost 13 secluded acres? This property is rather unique with the main home being a 1987 dbl. wide manufactured home with a split floor plan featuring large, open living area, certified wood stove, spacious peninsula kitchen and vaulted ceilings. Outside is a large wrap around deck and views through the forest. All appliances are included. The second home needs some renovations. It sits on a separate tax lot and is a 696 sq. ft. manufactured home built in 1963 with an addition. There is a barn with stalls and fencing that needs some attention as well. This is a great opportunity for an energetic buyer to take advantage of a great value and establish a generational family estate on some very beautiful land. The driveway is gated and offers wonderful privacy. Financing may be difficult so cash may be your only option for purchase. Call today for a private showing.

The manager has listed the unit size as 1440 square feet.
