This is a very cool house, very cool.  I love oak floors, the modern craftsman kitchen, built-in martini era entertainment system along with your Frank Sinatra albums. The old school open beam family room with the Palos Verdes Stone Fireplace w built-in grill and wet bar.  I love this house.  It is the 60's all over again.  Large Double Garage, Large Workshop w new sliding doors to back yard.  Three bathrooms.  Airbnb or multiple families come on down.  This is a family entertaining home.  Please invite me to your house warming party, I will bring a dish.  These are the best streets.  All residential wide street with lots of trees. You will enjoy that close knit neighborhood feeling.  The elementary school is down the street and this is in the Bixby Knolls Middle School area of Wrigley, much desired.  Join the PTA and the Neighborhood Watch.  No apartment buildings, commercial or industrial anywhere close. What many people like best about Wrigley is it being freeway close to both Los Angeles and Orange County and just a few blocks to the light rail station to Downtown Los Angeles. Around the corner is the bike path access to Downtown Long Beach, The Pike, Pierpoint Landing, The Aquarium of the Pacific, Shoreline Village and Marina and the Beach. There is also a sea breeze that comes up about 2pm.  Just open windows at SouthWest and NorthEast side of house to enjoy the afternoon ocean breezes.  If you work at the port, this is for you.  I grew up in Wrigley, I know!
