Gunite pool with heater and hot tub were added as well as the decking. There is a separate meter for the pool and irrigation. Water lines from the street to the house were replaced and sidewalks and concrete driveway in front and back were poured. There is a 1 car garage with automatic door, that has power and loft for storage. Back yard has privacy fencing and a separate back drive that comes in from Schiefflin lane. Existing Survey on file and current termite bond with Havard Pest Control. *Note: Some rooms have been virtually staged.
