ROOM....den/ family room/ bedroom serves as my tech home office. 15

half after the new roof was added (approx. 4 years ago) and
averages $100 per month (I keep temp at 72 and use a lot of tech so
it could be less for you. Current property taxes are under $25. a
year with homestead exemption. There is a front door with an oval
beveled glass window (not in the picture). This is a nice place to
live, close to everything. We have a clubhouse with library, pool
tables, kitchen, etc. shuffleboard court. There is no pool. Located
only 15 minutes to downtown and the beaches. Close to
malls,hospitals, restaurants, etc. Cost-effective and comfortable
digs convenient and among nice neighbors. My unit overlooks green
areas of beautiful St. Petersburg. Designer furnishings sofa
sectional (newer - barely used) and home items will be priced and
sold separately. Washer dryer hookups for compact washer (in
closet) and dryer (any size -240 line) are installed. Window
coverings, new fixtures, and top-shelf fans stay. I am the owner
(not currently a realtor and prefer to work directly with buyers
and a title company.2 contracts with contingencies failed to close.
No contingencies unless I find another suitable property to move
to. A cash sale is preferred or full price offers with
