SUPERSIZE ME! Great home with room for large or extended families. This two story home could easily support independent generational living on each level with some minor additions. The original home was the upstairs, traditional 3 + 2 floor plan with an unfinished walk out two level basement. The new plan offers a lower level with access to the side fenced yard for your four legged friends and a deck, plumbed with gas to hook up your bbq allowing you to enjoy those delightful Tehachapi summer evenings. The downstairs offers a large den with a wet bar, a room that is currently used as a bedroom but without a closet, a phenomenal laundry room and a great craft room. Two separate units provide heating and air for each level of this home! The current owners hold title to the adjoining lot which can be purchased separately. This will give you over a half acre of land for elbow room. Amazing views abound from all windows and the wrap around deck on the upstairs level.

The manager has listed the unit size as 2842 square feet.
