Besides the location, we enjoyed the backyard the most.  The sunrises are breathtaking and from the upstairs balcony you have unobstructed views of Thunderbird Mountain Reserve, water ways and the 2nd Tee of the Arnold Palmer designed Golf Course.  The best enhancement we did was adding a gate from the backyard to the Golf Course (confirmed with HOA).  It provided easy access to stroll the beautiful grounds in the evenings and the views from up top are stunning.  This house has good bones, the kitchen is large and open to the living are where we spent most of our time together.  There is enough space for everyone with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 3.5 garage.  The Master Bedroom was my second favorite place to be, it is massive with views galore.  We also loved the staircase and enjoyed decorating it with Garland and Christmas lights during the Holidays.  The neighborhood is quiet and we felt our children were safe while living here.  We will miss this home....It is a great home with so much to offer.
