The current tenant purchased Smokin' Joes Trailers and Texas Truck Tops in May of 2019 and entered the lease. The current tenant has extensive manufacturing background in trailers as he was the one who developed and ran Hallmark brand trailers from its inception, and then Paradise trailers.
