Lodges townhomes feature two models, the Maple Lodge model with 2 levels,
3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and the Beech Lodge model with 3 levels, 4 bedrooms
and 4 full (several offer an extra 1/2 bath) and a 1-car attached garage.  You may customize your interior to suit your individual style and tastes with upgrades such as radiant in-floor heat and extended kitchen islands to name a few.

Amenities included with the monthly agreement incorporate full access to the Championship Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Beach, Cross-Country Skiing trails, snow and trash removal, basic landscaping, weekly winter checks and 24 hour emergency service at the club if needed.  There are also 2 seasonal restaurants at the club, The Moose Lodge Boathouse Restaurant on Lake Placid lake and the Adirondack Cafe with its adjacent outdoor veranda. And, there are 3 clubhouses to enjoy - the main clubhouse, the golf clubhouse and the tennis clubhouse to suit your needs.  Owners may rent their property for unlimited days per year if desired with a permit.
