Here it is! A rare chance to own on Onset Island! Come check out this cozy cottage that was renovated down to the studs in the mid 90's when full insulation was added throughout the home. This home can sleep four comfortably, thanks to the built-in bunk beds. Onset Island, and island of about 45 homes, is a perfect getaway for weekend rest, relaxation, and recharging. Watch the ships enter the canal, or the Ospreys swoop from their nests and into the bay while sipping your favorite beverage and reading your favorite book on the beach. New septic was installed in 2008. Water pump, most windows, and roof have all been replaced within the last 10 years. With a little work this home could be year-round, but definitely works as an excellent three season rental property as it stands. There's a reason Onset Island homes don't come on the market that often! Come see why.
