This has been a wonderful home for this family since 1973, now it is time to let you make your own wonderful Memories here. As you walk in the front door you will see the floors are covered in beautiful ceramic tile flooring and is wide open to the Living room, seating area and dining room. Some of the rooms can be used in different ways, Media room with 4 JBL surround sound speakers, office, game room, library... It's just all up to what you need and what works best for you. In front you have a nice screened in front porch which also covers your side entrance to the garage. The garage has secrets of its own with a storage closet, full bath and leads out to the back deck. This way the guests at your cookout or you working in the yard don't have to go in and out of the house to wash up. Inside the home is a nice sized utility room with pantry, wall shelving and a New washer & dryer. Step out back onto a large sunning deck that leads you to a comforting shaded Pergola, all wonderful for entertaining your friends or family, to just relaxing out of the sun. At the opposite end of the house is a private hideaway nook just for you.
