Updated gas pumps ($4,000) were also installed with new

are 2 holding tanks--one is a 6,000 gallon non-ethanol tank so that
there's fuel for boats, and the other is a 8,000 tank for regular
fuel. There's fantastic parking with 3 separate entrances
from the highway. Owner filled all potholes in the pavement

electric heat, 2 new doors, 2 new freezers, a new camera
