Welcome home to this beautiful and charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home, just minutes away from Loris! Situated on a 4.2 acres corner lot, this 2017 Clayton Home is waiting on you! The living space has been expanded with a 50x15 back deck complete with a fabulous pergola. This would be a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The family room includes rich cedar plank walls, a warm fireplace, a beam and two ceiling fans. The amazing fireplace mantel was built and designed by the seller out of larch wood from upstate NY. The kitchen has lots of storage with it's many cabinets. It includes stainless steel appliances, including a dish washer that has never been used. There are also two walk-in closets, one in the master bedroom and one in a second bedroom.  The master suite is so inviting and includes a bathroom with a shower and an oversized tub. A laundry room is also another valuable amenity on this property. Also, a new, no seam, metal roof and brand new windows were recently installed after hail damaged the original ones.  Outside, there is a nice blacktop driveway leading to the house and the storage buildings. Solar panels have also been added that make the house more efficient. You will also find four different buildings.  A 30x40 workshop is on the property complete with extra storage, a cement floor, a lift and a 12 ft. door.  A large open ended carport is also on the property, which would be perfect for additional parking, a RV or a boat.  Finally, there are two storage buildings.  One of the storage buildings has power and could easily be converted to a man cave or "she" shed.  Located approximately 30 minutes from the beach with no HOA this is truly a rare find!  Don't wait to schedule your showing today!!

The manager has listed the unit size as 1904 square feet.
