Seller investments are not as visible in this one as they replace all of the plumbing and hot water tank in the last few years. The HVAC and metal roof have also been replaced by current owners as well as a brand new step in shower just last month. Very clean and smoke free. The Florida room has been partitioned into guest room with separate laundry and closet. Pocket doors were installed for privacy. Step out back onto the large covered patio surrounded by native plants along a stream. Fully furnished and move in ready, all it needs are your personal updates. Lot rent includes lawn mowing, water, sewer, trash pickup, community pool, hot tub, and a variety of social events in one of three clubhouses. Well behaved pets are not restricted by size.
