"A Cottage in The Forest" is the best way to describe this charming NEW 4-bedroom home.  Tired of the tract-home neighborhoods where the homes are barely 20 ft apart? Tucked away on a spacious, private 1.8-acre home site, this home has everything you want.  First, there are no restrictions or HOA fees to worry with.  You are free to have a garage, workshop, boat, camper, garden or even a few barnyard animals if you wish. And the location is excellent! Located 0.4 miles from the Greenville County line yet inside Laurens County. This means you are only 30+ minutes away from I-85, Donaldson Center, Augusta Rd, Prisma Health, etc. Lake Greenwood is also just a 30-minute drive, and Lake Rabon is just 10-minutes away!  The interior of the home features a split floorplan, kitchen with island, vinyl flooring throughout, flat 8' ceilings throughout, walk-in laundry room, dining room and den.  Refrigerator, stove and dishwasher included!  FHA/USDA/VA eligible.  Come take a look today.
