Farm is clean, well maintained, and all updates have been completed and inspected by Koch Foods.    No additional upgrades are required at this time.  Houses are in tip top shape and have been regularly maintained.

The farm is a biosecure area and all farm visitors must abide by Koch's standard operating procedures, be accompanied by the listing agent, and be pre-qualified with a poultry lender or show proof of cash funds available for purchase prior to on-site visits.
