Willowbrook is a fantastic 55+ community located in the heart of Pinellas near beaches, shopping, restaurants and more!  This 2 bedroom 1 bath is ground level and across from the pool and recreation center.  It has updated flooring and large bedrooms, an eat in area in the kitchen and a pass through breakfast bar to the dining area.  The back porch offers some outdoor living to enjoy our beautiful Florida weather. This Condo comes with its own oversized storage unit perfect for a bike, beach chairs etc.  A short walk to the recreation facility which has a heated pool, spa and a sauna, and a large gathering room for owners, a library and a game room!  Outside grill and gazebo are great for picnics and gatherings with friends and family, and there is tons of poolside seating and lounging.  All this and the Monthly Maintenance fee's are reasonable and affordable!
