DING TEA - "Taiwanese Tea House" brings a cup of Taiwan to the heart of Downtown Orlando. Enjoy a Bobo Latte, Milk Tea, Kiwi Juice, Green Tea or a cup of Fruit Tea plus an assortment of other drinks and food. The restaurant opened May 1, 2023 and comes with all of the equipment, inventory and franchise. The restaurant is located on the ground floor (retail) of a hi-rise apartment building in the heart of Downtown Orlando. The  construction of the restaurant was completed in early 2023 and the equipment as well as the fixtures are new. The price includes the restaurant construction, equipment, fixtures, franchise, cooler and inventory. The franchise is included but is not required if the buyer wishes to change the concept.
The restaurant is located in a robust area of Downtown Orlando, walking distance to condominiums, apartments, office buildings, the courthouse and the city center "Lake Eola Park".  More than 1,000 residents move into Central Florida every week.
