Stargazer Ranch is located approximately 16 miles from Rocksprings off State Hwy 674 and County Road 520 in Deer Canyons Ranch subdivision.  The property is 139.98 acres and has two (unfinished but fairly liveable) cabins, a strong well, electricity, storage tank, a 10,000 gallon cistern, and a windmill.  There is an escarpment dam on the property that is currently dry.  Water could be piped to the dam to keep the pond brimming with water.  Four pods of elk live on Stargazer Ranch, along with axis, whitetail, fallow deer, Corsicana rams, aoudad, and plenty of hogs.  There is also an abundance of dove, quail, and turkey.  Black bear and mountain lions have been spotted occasionally.  An impact site on the property marks the crash landing of a meteorite, and the views are second to none.  For great hunting and getting away from it all, Stargazer Ranch checks all the boxes!
