One of my favorite homes in all of Bon Terre!  You have to see the privacy this house/lot brings because it is one of the best I have ever seen.  It feels like you are on an island surrounded by beautiful trees and woods!  Its the best of both worlds and pretty much gives you that neighborhood amenity feel with the privacy of living out in the country.  It even has a small pond to the right that has fish in it.  I love the fenced in backyard too because it gives you a yard for your family but also woods behind it for peace and quiet.  The owners are going above and beyond as well and including an expensive playground set (see photos) and a trampoline.  They even added extra concrete, gutters, and french drains to make the perfect backyard setting.  The inside of this home is beautiful too with a dining room that has Coffered Ceilings.  The living room has 30 foot ceilings and gorgeous 6 inch hardwood floors.  The Kitchen area has a nice sized eat in area with a long bar that can be used for entertaining.   It also has lots of counter top and cabinet space.  The walk in pantry is big as well.  The downstairs Master bedroom is a perfect size and the master bath has double vanities and separate shower/tub with both a regular and a rain shower head.  The Master Closet is so big it could actually be a bedroom!  Once upstairs you will find 4 Guest Bedrooms.  One is big enough to be a bonus room.  There are also two other full bathrooms.  This home is Energy efficient with spray foam so your power bill stays low. The water heater is Tankless which allows for unlimited hot water.  Outside the driveway has been widened to add for extra parking or the perfect basketball court.  The neighborhood offers a swimming pool, clubhouse, playground area, and tons of places to go fishing.  This home won't last long so call today to schedule an appointment!!!
