Seller has occupied this building since December 2006, with upfitting done in the four months prior. Several walls were eliminated to make small spaces into larger ones, but certainly the structure is still there and it would be fairly simple to go back to the smaller office/exam room configuration. The Assemblies of God is in the adjacent building behind this one and owns their building separately. The two properties jointly share ownership of the foyer between our two buildings.
