Build your dream home on this incredible building lot which features expansive valley views, a level spot for building and multiple apple trees scattered throughout.  The property sits on top of a hill on a quiet country road with expansive easterly valley views.  The lot consists primarily of overgrown brush and shrubs including some red osier dogwood, all of which can very easily be cleared for a building site.  There are multiple apple trees scattered throughout the property that could easily be pruned to increase production.  The lot provides plenty of room to build a house and garage.  Take advantage of the slope for a walkout basement to expand your space.  There is ample room for a garden.  Just minutes to Amsterdam and a short drive to Schenectady.  An adjacent lot of 3.3 acres also available which would provide over 6.6 acres and provide the opportunity for a small hobby farm.  Build your dream home and sit on your porch overlooking the valley and mountains beyond and watch the wildlife meander through your yard.  Call the listing agent today to set up a showing.
