A Meadow In The Sky.  Located atop the Rainbow Peaks area of Fallbrook and surrounded by rocky ridges that view the western landscapes to the coast, lies this peaceful mountain meadow paradise.  As you approach this large parcel you pass a gentle grassy meadow with giant old oak trees and hillsides full of beautiful boulders and chaparral. Blessed with paved streets, public water and power running along its western boundary. Seller is offering this 16.42-acre property, which has been held in the family since 1970, in its natural state for someone to create their dream. Just design where you want your home and a suitable septic field on the property as you like, such as on the ridge tops, over a gentle knoll, close to the meadow or whatever your heart desires. No through traffic near the end of Rainbow Peaks north and only a few minutes from I-15, yet far enough away from the sight and sounds of the freeway. Only 15 to 20 minutes to Temecula or Fallbrook Village, with bragging rights to be within the friendliest little valley (Rainbow Valley) in north county.  2 APNs:  109-232-05-00 and 109-231-07-00  Neighborhoods: Rainbow Peaks Other Fees: 0
