Located at the dead end of Kamery Road and less than 2 miles from Olean. Enter this property through a short, deeded gravel road right of way (approx. 100 feet) on the extension of this former portion of Kamery Road. This portion of the road is deeded as a "driveway and alley" to access the parcel.  As such, there is no electric available at the road.  Two other adjoining parcels may have access to this road as well.

  Upon entering you will find several developed trails that provide excellent access throughout the property. There is an abundance of sawtimber sized trees including red oak, maple, hemlock and pine. Key hunting topography includes a series of drainages, ridge tops, and benches. Whitetail cover can be found on the north boundary where several openings, apple trees, sumac, and other early successional  flora can be found. The easterly portion features mostly dense red oak and hemlock with an area of pine and thick cover.

Timber investment is promising with cruise information indicating there is already well as much as 150,000 board feet and over $60,000 in timber value. All OGM rights owned will transfer along with all timber rights.
