About Will Kerr

Will Kerr is a native New Yorker, having grown up on the Upper East Side. He started his career as a sales agent on one of Halstead Real Estate's top producing teams, where he was immediately exposed to luxury listings and high net worth clients. In 2015, Will established The Kerr Team with his father, Woody Kerr. Will brings a fresh, new energy to the industry and values the relationships he makes with his clients and other agents in the brokerage community. Will is very proud of the accomplishments of his team and prides himself on his discretion, honesty and loyalty. The Kerr Team provides unparalleled service to buyers and sellers of coops and condominium apartments throughout New York City. Will entered the real estate industry after graduating from Hamilton College in 2012 as an Art History major. His background in art history, along with his familiarity with the territory, and strong interpersonal skills make real estate brokerage an ideal fit. Before Hamilton College, Will attended the Hill School in Pennsylvania and St. Bernard's School on the Upper East Side. Away from the office, Will is an avid golfer, skier, and squash player and a huge fan of the Yankees, Knicks, Rangers and Giants. He welcomes the opportunity to help with any and all real estate needs.
