For buyers, Susan finds the perfect property by advising on general market conditions, negotiating the best possible price and helping to find the necessary advisors in both legal and financial matters. She is able to visualize her buyers' dream homes and tailors her searches to increase efficiency and effectiveness, saving both time and bother. In addition, she can help with insurance brokers, decorators, contractors and movers to make the transaction as smooth and pleasant as possible. Susan also rents and manages investment properties for foreign/absentee owners. In short, no detail, however minor it may seem, is overlooked. Susan came to New York from Seoul, Korea to pursue her education at the Parsons School of Design and lived on the Upper West Side with her sister, who studied piano at the Juilliard School.
