To Steven Laurelli, there are very few things that compare to helping people realize their dream of owning a home, and getting the best return for their property when the time comes to sell. Even after 17 years in real estate, he still enjoys seeing how happy people are when they are finally handed their keys - and takes pride in knowing he was integral in making that happen. Brooklyn born and raised, Steven received a BS degree in Marketing and Advertising from St. John's University. He worked in advertising after college, then joined The Corcoran Group in 2002. After a few years selling real estate on the Upper West Side, an opportunity came up for him heading Corcoran Sunshine's first new development project in Brooklyn. This began his decade-long love affair with new development, with roles as Director of Sales for large projects such as The Novo, The Crest, 75 Smith Street and be@schermerhorn. Steven later joined aptsandlofts.com as Managing Director of Onsite Sales for their new development buildings. Here he was able to deepen his new development skills while growing his resale business. At Corcoran, this Licensed Associate Broker continues his success. To date, Steven has headed up the sales or rental of over 20 ground-up construction buildings, working from start to finish with prominent developers.
