About Ronnie Rosenberg

Ronnie received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and attended law school at Brooklyn Law School. After graduating from law school, Ronnie, a longtime resident of Manhattan, started her legal career at a reinsurance law firm involving a broad spectrum of asbestos and pollution reinsurance products and claims. Ronnies practice allowed her to partner with clients in reaching commercial goals and strengthening commercial relationships. Following this position, she continued her legal career at a boutique firm specializing in mediation, arbitration and commercial litigation and defense work. During her seven years of private practice, Ronnie participated in numerous settlement negotiations for fortune 100 and 500 companies which would lead to her role with American International Group (AIG) in their Litigation Management Department where for 13 years, she acted as the liaison between the lawyers in house and the outside law firms, negotiating legal contracts and billing rates. Her experiences in legal transactions and negotiations allowed for a natural and successful transition to Real Estate. Thus, after a long career in the legal field, Ronnie decided to pursue her true passion full time. On a personal note, Ronnie has been active in the market herself over the past 20 years, having bought, sold, rented and renovated homes in Tribeca and Chelsea and consulted on purchases for out of town clients, while continuing her law career. She has also acted as a space planner and interior designer for various lofts in downtown Manhattan. Her transition to real estate full time is a testament to how focused and passionate she is about the New York City real estate market. Ronnie loves to travel and has been known to visit one of her favorite places 2 or 3 times a year -- Paris. In fact, she knows a few brokers there who could easily find you a lovely place to invest in - or live - if you are so inclined!
