About Philip J Hale

Phil has worked with developers, sellers, buyers and investors in his seven years working in NYC real estate. He has sold new development, townhouses, condos and co-ops. This range of experience enables him to foresee potential pitfalls before they arrive and address them ahead of time to ensure a smooth and pleasant transaction for everyone involved in the transaction. Phil has extensive experience in Brooklyn and Manhattan and is entirely comfortable working in either market. He comes to Corcoran from a boutique Soho brokerage where he was consistently the top salesperson. In addition, he was Head of Residential Sales and managed the other agents' sales activities for the office. This further exposure to the multitude of events that can occur in the business of Real Estate in NYC has given him a wide range of experiences to call upon whether representing a seller or buyer. Originally a native of London, UK Phil moved to NYC in 2004. Having lived in various Manhattan neighborhoods he is settled in Greenpoint, Brooklyn where he has restored his townhouse. This experience has given him an insight into the potential value and expense of renovation projects. When not working Phil relaxes by enjoying the beauty of Upstate New York with his family and friends, watching and writing about his soccer team and competing in triathlons.
