About Phil Wells

Outgoing, responsible, and responsive, Phil excels at dealing with people from walks of life. He has virtually endless enthusiasm when it comes to viewing properties and learning about the market. No matter what it takes to find or sell a home, Phil is dedicated to providing the utmost in outstanding service and results. Although he is professional through and through, Phil is also a great conversationalist with a broad knowledge of history, science, finance, game theory, word origins, and tidbits he picks up in school, from podcasts, and learning channels he subscribes to. He is a member of the UN Young Professionals Society, an avid theatergoer, and a music lover who sings and plays the ukulele and accordion. In his free time, Phil can also be found at a local brunch spot with friends, working on his tennis game at McCarren Park, or attending an event in the city. As much of his family lives in Hawaii, he enjoys spending time each winter sailing, surfing, and snorkeling on the Big Island.
