About Peter Forsman

As a commodity professional, Peter has shifted his focus from what he calls the "impersonal" institutional buying and selling of energy contracts to the "personal" world of real estate. Throughout his career he has provided his clients with in-depth market knowledge, buy and sell strategies, contract negotiation, price transparency and timely execution. Having facilitated over a billion dollars of energy transactions his attention to detail and follow through are impeccable and fundamental in every aspect of his work. This coupled with his penchant for quality service, dedication to excellence in meeting people's needs and expertise as a mediator on behalf of his clients have also fueled Peter's natural success as an agent. In his time outside of work, Peter is an avid sportsman with interest in rugby, hiking, biking, running, tennis, triathlons and kayaking. He also got the culinary bug at a very early age thanks to his grandfather, a former chef at the Rainbow Room. He is involved in coaching his daughter's soccer and softball teams, plus volunteers at God's Love We Deliver and is an assistant Junior Varsity Rugby coach at Xavier High School in Manhattan.
