Originally from Israel, Noam learned valuable skills in the intelligence department of an elite Air Force unit while in charge of 25 soldiers as a manager and mentor. Upon moving to New York City, he transferred those interpersonal skills to the restaurant business, then worked for an international security consultancy heading a team that created an advanced officers course.
