About Noah Studenroth
Noah found a passion for buildings and a connection to people through architecture and real estate at an early age. The son of an architectural preservationist, Noah has been immersed in the goings on of house museums, landmark districts and architectural review boards for as long as hen can he remember. It is through this exposure that Noah adopted both a deep respect and passion for buildings and their architects. By coupling this sentiment with a modern viewpoint and sharp understanding of the markets, Noah's work in real estate offers him the chance to contribute to an evolving landscape. Just prior to joining the Corcoran Group, Noah completed his B.A. in Economics right in the midst of the Great Recession. It felt only logical to employ his entrepreneurial spirit by diving right into the industry. As a result of his continued tenacity, Noah quickly advanced to closing over $250 million in transactions by working with one of the firms top performing teams, and most recently served as Associate Director of Sales for Corcoran's One Clinton in Brooklyn Heights. To date, he has more than $400 million in transactional credits to his name across highly diverse product types and is humbled to have been bolstered by so many esteemed colleagues and loyal clientele.
