Whether it's buying your first home in the Rockaways or selling a $10,000,000 luxury penthouse in Greenwich Village, he always goes above and beyond when aiding client's exceed their goals. All while remaining sensitive to each client's needs. This, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the industry and his network of contacts have contributed to his success. He has built his career with a focus on enhancing the real estate experience for those he represents. He is a perfectionist who always makes sure to get the job done meticulously. Nicholas is also Douglas Elliman's Director of Sales for One Sixteen, an 86 unit luxury new development in New York.Originally from Rockaway Beach, New York, Compagnone studied Philosophy at The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C., where he was a member of the rugby team and host of the most successful talk radio show on campus. At the age of 24, he started the annual beach bash, the Rockaway Soire to raise money for God's Love We Deliver, a non-for profit organization that feeds homebound New Yorkers who are too sick to cook for themselves. To date, Nicholas has raised close to $100,000 for God's Love We Deliver. He currently serves as a young professional Board Member at the organization as he continues to fundraise for the notable charity.Compagnone is also an active member of the Rockaway community serving on the Board of Directors for the Rockaway Artists Alliance, cultivating contemporary art events enhancing the community's livelihood. He is involved in engaging the residents of the community through implementing youth art programs helping young musicians channel and develop their inner voices. Compagnone is involved in several charitable organizations including; The Guild for Exceptional Children, JRDF, and the Special Olympics.
